10 years ago, we were just two developers with a few lines of code and a wild dream. Today, as we celebrate a decade of growth, it’s not the downloads or revenue we’re most proud of.
It’s the people we’ve impacted. The students we’ve mentored. The developers we’ve trained. The underdogs we’ve backed.
Because we didn’t just build games—we built a space where dreamers become doers, and curiosity turns into careers.
This is how Aaryavarta gives back. And it’s just the beginning.
When we started Aaryavarta Technologies, no one handed us a playbook. No mentor. No funding. No fancy credentials.
Just late nights, endless experiments, and the hope that maybe—just maybe—someone out there would believe in our work.
That’s why today, we go out of our way to be the mentor we once needed.
Every year, we open our doors to students who don’t just want to study tech—they want to feel it, build it, and ship it. Through our internship program, they don’t fetch coffee or shadow meetings. They build real games—from multiplayer chess to browser-based tambola games, from online carrom board games to experimental roulette game engines.
They learn the heartbeat of a gaming studio. And more importantly, they learn that they belong here.
We’ve partnered with colleges across India—many from Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities—to find the quiet geniuses who often go unseen.
Together, we:
To us, this isn’t CSR. It’s legacy work. We’re not just hiring future teammates. We’re shaping future leaders in games development companies across India.
Some of our proudest moments come from the interns who didn’t just learn—they led.
Like Kiran Shinde from Latur, who joined us shy and unsure—and ended up building a dynamic carrom board online game module that’s now used by thousands daily.
Or Ajit Pawar from Satara, who had never touched Unity before but stunned the team with his creative thinking in a blackjack game prototype.
Or Prashant Walunj from Mulshi, who built a real-time multiplayer browser game that adapts based on network speed. That feature is now part of our cloud-based architecture.
And Vishal from Shrirampur—quiet, consistent, and now the go-to guy for optimizing game performance in our roulette game engines.
We don’t give young talent the leftovers.
We give them the front row—and sometimes, the steering wheel.
We believe that CSR isn't just external. It starts inside the studio.
So we’ve created:
Why?
Because the moment you stop investing in your people, your tech becomes soulless.
We’re expanding our mission.
In 2025 and beyond, Aaryavarta Technologies will:
This isn’t charity. It’s justice.
This isn’t obligation. It’s belief.
And this isn’t a side project. It’s who we are at our core.
“We don’t want to be remembered just as a great game development company.
We want to be remembered as the place where careers began, confidence grew, and creators were born.
Giving back isn’t what we do after success.
It’s how we define success.”
- Nilesh Gawade & Ajay Khamitkar, Co-founders, Aaryavarta Technologies
Whether you’re a student, a mentor, an educator, or someone with a spark—you’re invited.
Let’s co-create more than games.
Let’s co-create possibility.
Ajay Khamitkar is a founding member of Aaryavarta Technologies, where he blends technical depth with a passion for mentorship. With over a decade in backend systems, Unity development, and cloud architecture, Ajay has helped shape Aaryavarta’s most complex game engines and scalable platforms.
Beyond code, he’s a builder of people—leading CSR efforts, guiding interns, and creating inclusive opportunities for young tech talent across India. For Ajay, innovation means nothing unless it uplifts others—and that’s the spirit he brings to every line of code and every team he mentors.
