Aaryavarta Technologies is celebrating 10 years this year. But for us, this isn’t just a milestone—it’s a mirror. A moment to look back at the people who made everything possible when nothing was certain. This post is about them. The makers. The dreamers. The doers.
They didn’t arrive with fancy titles. They earned them. They didn’t follow a perfect path. They created one.
This is their story—and through them, it’s ours too.
When Javan joined Aaryavarta, he didn’t have a roadmap. What he had was passion—and a belief that design could mean more.
“I didn’t know if I was good enough. But I knew I wanted to create. Here, someone finally said, ‘Then do it.’ That was all I needed.”
Today, Javan is our Lead Artist. From static 2D sketches to immersive motion design in Unity, he’s helped define the visual DNA of Aaryavarta.
Suresh Adagale began as a 2D animator. His first task? Animate a dice roll. Today, his animation work breathes life into our arcade games and brain development games that are now live across platforms.
“They told me, ‘Forget templates. Build emotion.’ So that’s what I do—frame by frame.”
Together, they’ve helped Aaryavarta become more than just a game development company—they’ve helped it become an experience.
In the early days, our games broke. A lot. Every bug wasn’t just a glitch—it was a missed opportunity to delight someone. That’s where Vishwajeet came in.
“I wasn’t hired to find mistakes. I was trusted to preserve the magic.”
From testing 12 builds of a single release to training new team members, Vishwajeet shaped how we approach quality across our web development services and gaming apps.
Sakshi joined later—but made impact fast. From testing website android builds to multiplayer games, her precision and calm have made her one of the most trusted QA minds in the team.
“I don’t just check the flow. I protect the feel. That’s the difference.”
The way a user feels when they open a game—that's where Sagar and Rajan come in.
Sagar was one of our first front end web developers. His early layouts weren’t perfect, but his mindset was.
“They told me: ‘We don’t need beautiful design. We need meaningful design.’ That changed how I saw my role.”
Rajan joined when we started building responsive design systems for web development company in Pune and beyond.
“I was allowed to fail fast and fix faster. That’s how I grew.”
They’ve since driven front-end innovation for clients across multiple locations—Delhi, Bangalore, and Coimbatore—delivering user-friendly online apps through leading web development projects tailored to each region’s needs.
Every game needs logic. Every app needs a spine. For Aaryavarta, Nachiket and Omkar built both.
Nachiket joined as a Sr Developer. Within his first month, he was leading backend on an android application development project.
“Most places would’ve asked me to shadow someone. Here, they handed me a real feature and said, ‘We’ll help if you fall.’ That freedom built my confidence.”
Omkar, now a backend lead, has worked on everything from multiplayer game logic to scalable web application development.
“I wasn’t just writing functions. I was writing trust. That’s what makes our backend work.”
Some developers crack under pressure. Jay and Suraj grew through it.
Jay joined during a phase when Aaryavarta was shifting from startup sprints to structured releases. His first assignment? Rebuild the backend for a legacy multiplayer system—under two weeks.
"It wasn’t about deadlines. It was about belief. They trusted me with something that mattered. And I wanted to rise to that."
Today, Jay is the go-to person when systems need to scale without failing. From game development logic to web development services, his code speaks clarity.
Suraj came in as a fresher, quiet and analytical. Within months, he was leading backend logic for web site development tools and multiplayer sync.
"This place doesn’t hand out instructions. It hands you opportunities. That’s how I found my voice—through architecture, through responsibility."
Together, Jay and Suraj help power seamless cross-platform functionality that keeps games real-time, secure, and resilient.
Some teams build systems. Others build stories.
Rasika, our Creative Lead, came from a content background. At Aaryavarta, she was given the space to become a strategist, shaping voice, tone, and UX storytelling.
“When I started, I was writing help texts. Now, I’m helping shape how a product feels. That’s rare.”
Pandurang brought with him a marketing mindset—but found joy in the storytelling of user onboarding, brand emotion, and internal campaigns.
Together, they shaped how our web design and development projects sound, look, and feel.
Prashant began as a tester. Today, he is our Scrum Master. But titles don’t do justice to what he really is—the heartbeat of our execution rhythm.
“I don’t just track progress. I protect momentum. My job is to make sure people want to show up each day.”
From game development sprints to large-scale website development company builds, Prashant is the reason deadlines are met—and morale stays high.
"These are not just employees. These are the people who believed in us when we had no brand name, no security net, and no promises. They showed up when things were broken. They stayed when things were uncertain. And they built a culture that’s stronger than any business plan."
— Nilesh Gawade, Co-founder, Aaryavarta Technologies
"Each of them is a story of transformation. Not because we gave them power, but because we gave them trust. That trust turned into ownership. That ownership turned into excellence. They are why Aaryavarta feels like more than just a company—it feels like home."
— Ajay Khamitkar, Co-founder, Aaryavarta Technologies
None of these people had perfect resumes. None followed a linear path.
They grew because someone believed in them—and they rose because they chose to believe in something bigger than themselves.
They built products. But they also built trust, culture, process, and passion.
They are the reason Aaryavarta is not just a company. It’s a community of builders.
So when you use an app we built, or play a game we launched—know this:
You’re experiencing their legacy.
And in the next 10 years, it’s their spirit that will shape what we become.
