We acknowledge that these situations can be frustrating, but refunds will not be issued for cancellations that result from events beyond the reasonable control of Aaryavarta Technologies.

Online Transactions

All transactions to transfer funds to your Aaryavarta cash account are processed through third-party payment gateways.

Aaryavarta Technologies is not responsible for any denial or rejection of transactions, as these are governed by the terms and conditions of the respective third-party payment gateways.

In the event of a reversal of a transaction, the exact amount will be refunded to the financial system or platform you used to complete the transaction.

Account Validation

Aaryavarta Technologies reserves the right to validate users' personal information periodically. This validation may occur through phone calls or emails.

If we are unable to reach you after several attempts, we reserve the right to suspend your account. In such cases, at our sole discretion, we may refund your Aaryavarta coins account balance to the financial system/platform used to make the payment or confiscate the balance.

  • Individuals under 18 years of age are not permitted to create an Aaryavarta Technologies account or participate in courses on our Website or Mobile App.
  • Player activities are monitored 24/7 using an anti-fraud algorithm to detect any unfair play including collusion.
  • Anti-collusion measures are implemented for every course or game.
  • Player information is securely stored using high-level encryption to ensure safety.
  • Our Website or Mobile App features limits on cash deposits to promote responsible gaming.
  • We set cash deposit limits to discourage irresponsible gaming and prevent players from making deposits beyond reasonable means.
  • KYC verification is conducted to protect players and ensure the security of courses.
  • We encourage responsible play and may send periodic notifications to players who spend excessive time on Aaryavarta Technologies advising them to take breaks.
  • Self-exclusion features allow players to temporarily exclude themselves from our courses ranging from 48 hours to 6 months. Once a self-exclusion request is processed, the period cannot be reversed and the player cannot create a new account during this time. Any balance in the Aaryavarta account at the time of exclusion will be retained unless a withdrawal request is placed.

Refund Requests

Refund requests can be made within two weeks of an accidental or inaccurate cash credit to any party, user, or company.

If Aaryavarta Technologies determines that the refund request is legitimate after our investigation, the refund will be processed.

The refund amount will be credited within two weeks to the financial instrument or platform used for the transaction.

Voluntary Termination of Account

Inactive Accounts and Unused Funds

If your account has been inactive for over 365 days and has an unused cash balance, Aaryavarta Technologies will remind you to activate your account.

If you fail to do so after repeated reminders, your cash balance may be transferred to the Course. If your account is found to be in breach of our Terms of Service, no reminders will be sent and unused funds will be handled according to our Breach and Consequences policy.

Cancellation Policy

Aaryavarta Technologies prioritizes 100% customer satisfaction. If an error occurs in a transaction, wrongful transfers are made, or issues arise that can be verified and proven, we will refund the amount in question.

We advise all clients to review the details of each league, contest, tournament, or service before making a payment. If a client is dissatisfied with our services, they have the liberty to cancel their projects and request a refund.
